Thanks for getting back to me. I'm using Firefox. If they're playing ok, then go ahead and leave them, I guess. I've been having some trouble using IA lately, possibly a virus. When I attempt to download videos labeled MPEG4, instead of getting the "save file" box (I have Windows 7), I get a gray screen, with a small box in the center playing the video. Very strange. Files labeled Cinepack download normally.

are you option-clicking or right-clicking the MPEG4 files links?

Always in the past, I had option-clicked the MPEG4 links, but that no longer works. That's why I was suspecting a virus. I recently wiped my computer clean, but the problem persisted. Recently someone taught me to right-click the MPEG4 links, and that works fine. Most IA videos play fine for me, but certain ones give me error messages and won't play. I'm puzzled. Thank you so much for your help.
